Bangkok Mixed-use Mega Project Launched In Singapore
Singapore is about to experience its first official launch of a mixed-use project complex ‘Project 24’. The mega project will be located between Sukhumvit 22 and 24. This will consist of 6 buildings for a total area of 19,744sqm.
The complex will be close to Emporium shopping mall, EmQuartier (Emporium II) – expected to reach completion by December 2014 – as well as EmSphere (Emporium III). ‘Park 24’ is part of a big project aiming at transforming the area into a huge space of high-end shopping and entertainment.
Singaporean Real Estate agency Trillion, which is used to cooperate with Thai property developers to market Thai properties in the city-state, will be promoting the second tower featuring 50 stories and 533 units.
The exhibition will take place at the Hilton Singapore from 10AM to 6PM on Oct 11th-12th.
