Central Pattana Launches Its 30th Shopping Mall
Indeed, the group recently announced the launch of its 30th shopping mall in South Thailand: CentralPlaza Nakhon Si Thammarat.
Located on 403 Road near the Hua Thanon junction off Ratchadamnoen Road, which is known as the city’s fast-growing district, the future project worth THB3.5 billion will occupy more than 50 Rai of land to offer a total GFA (gross floor area) of 150,000sqm.
The developer has precisely chosen this location, as the area has known a considerable increase in new retail and residential projects launches lately, and the trend is likely to continue.
The shopping mall will be home to several well-known brands already present in other Central Pattana’s malls. But the project will also welcome 250 other retail shops to face the rising and already high purchasing power of the province that currently has the largest population in the South. Plus, the city is expected to witness a substantial growth in the future, which is definitely promising for Central.
