Current Most Expensive Units In Bangkok Revealed
Thailand’s Agency for Real Estate Affairs (AREA) has just named the most expensive condos for sale in the Bangkok property market at the end of June 2014.
Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, President of AREA, revealed that some units on the highest floors and with the best-unblocked views could sometimes reach as much as 400,000THB/sqm. Nevertheless, he affirmed that the most expensive units in the Kingdom remain cheaper that prices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore or even Dubai.
