Baan Dusit Pattaya Company Limited

Baan Dusit Pattaya Company Limited was founded in 2004. Our first development was the 107 home,38 rai(15.0 acres) neighborhood and community known as Baan Dusit Pattaya. Swiftly completed and sold out within its first year, our first neighbourhood was followed by our second endeavor. Baan Dusit Pattaya Lake.

This 89 home community built on 43 rai(17acres) was completed with the final homestead sold in 2009. The following year, 2010 saw the continued growth of our company with the completion of Dusit Townhomes, built on scenic Pratumnak Road in the exclusive Pratumnak Hill area of South Pattaya.

With the arrival of 2012, we broke ground on Baan Dusit Pattaya Park, a 35 rai(13.83acres) community complete with a private access park and water park. Concurrently in the same year we have begin construction and development of the 531 unit, 36 story Dusit Grand Condoview condominium complex and tower.

As we move forward,we continue to look to build a future based on our solid foundation of superior quality construction and community development experience.
