IconSiam To Become Thailand’s Largest Mixed-use Project
In fact, more details have been revealed about Thailand’s future megaproject IconSiam worth more than THB50 billion.
The mixed-use project is the result of the cooperation between Thai property developers Siam Piwat, Magnolia Quality Development, and Charoen Pokphand Group. It will actually consist in two shopping complexes, residential condominium buildings, and what the developers describe as a multitude of world-class attractions that will bring global recognition to Thailand.
The Magnolias Waterfront Residences will be part of IconSiam and will offer 379 world-class homes with spectacular river views to future owners. The megaproject will also provide two luxury residential buildings of 70 and 40 floors. Prices have not been revealed yet but analysts predicted them to be the highest ever found in Thailand.
IconSiam is scheduled to reach completion in 2017.
