Good news for the Thai property market! Top developers recently announced the launch of 121 residential projects worth more than THB150 billion in the last quarter of 2014.

 

Thai property developer Pruksa is going to launch on its own 30 projects and six of which will be condominiums. Sansiri will follow with 13 launches until December 2014.

 

In fact, interest towards Thai properties is definitely back and developers are keen on taking advantage of this upswing.

 

For the last past two months, demand for buying condos has substantially increased with new launches sometimes sold out in a few hours – example of project condominium ‘Noble Reveal’ and its 288 units sold within a day. A bright future ahead for Thai Real Estate…
