More Condos Being Built Along BTS & MRT Lines
In fact, more and more condominiums are being constructed in anticipation of the several upcoming BTS and MRT lines in outer Bankok.

These areas actually became more expensive as soon as construction of new BTS lines was announced. More, the lands’ prices are thought to further increase as new BTS lines reach completion by 2017.
For the last past six years, up to 17,000 units were launched in the area of Bang Na and the projects’ launching rate is significantly growing as mass transit system extensions are announced.
