New Noble Project Condominium Revealed
Property developer Noble just launched its latest project condominium in Central Bangkok, Noble Recole, first one of the three it is planning to launch in 2014.
The project will be in the heart of Sukhumvit, located on soi 19 nearby Terminal 21 mall, BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit.
According to Theeraphon Voranithiphong, Vice President of Noble Development, says: “Condominiums within the inner city locations, such as those along the BTS Sukhumvit line, continue to attract Thai and foreign buyers, either for investment or living purposes.”
The future building, worth over 2.3 Billion, will feature 28 floors and a total of 288 units. One Bedroom and Two Bedrooms units will be available, starting from THB5.1M Baht.

The developer is currently applying for EIA approval, and construction is expected to reach completion in 2018.
