New Project Condominium ‘ Bright Wongwian Yai ’ To Start Construction
Property developer Albright Holdings announced the construction of his latest luxury project Bright Wongwian Yai will be handled by JWS Construction.
Located on Somdet Phrachao Taksin Road, right next to Krung Thonburi BTS station, the project is a 46-storey building worth 3 billion baht. It will consist in a total of 472 units featuring one two bedrooms units as well as penthouses. Prices start at 4.3M for a fully furnished 1 Bedroom unit.
The building construction has officially started with the laying of foundation piles. Bright Wongwian Yai is expected to reach completion by Q4 2017.
