Noble Recole Already Sold Out
All 288 units of new project condominium Noble Recole were sold in a few hours only last weekend (September 28th) during its official launch event at Okura Hotel. A lot of buyers waited all night to ensure getting the best-located units at the opening: this was a tremendous success for property developer Noble Development!
The 28-storey building will feature 288 units ranging from 34sqm up to 69sqm and averaging THB180,000 per sqm in sale price. Located in Sukhumvit 19 – nearby well-known Asok BTS, Noble Recole is now completely sold out but some resale units are already on the market as of now.
Due to its prime and high demanded location, Noble Development’s Vice-president Theeraphon Voranithiphong told the media they were extremely confident about selling out the project condominium within one day. Noble Recole construction has started and the building is expected to reach completion by 2016.
