Property Perfect is a leading property developer in Thailand emphasizing on develop medium to high price Single Detached House projects (SDH) in Bangkok and vicinity areas.

There are three brands on SDH product, perfect masterpiece (baht 7-15 million), perfect place (baht 4-6 million), perfect park (baht 3-4 million). The company has launched a brand new low rise condominium project, namely Metro Park which has the price range of baht 1-2 million in November 2005. By the end of 2006, the company plans to relaunch the townhouse project, a successful product in the past.

The company was established in August 1985 and registered as a listed company in Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) in June 1993.

As of 31 December 2005, total authorized and registered number of ordinary shares are 782.54 million shares with a par value of 6 baht and paid –up capital of 4,695.2 million baht (excluded 14.06 million warrants). The company’s policies include 49% foreign limit and divided pay out ratio not exceeding 50% of net profit after tax.

Developing and future developing land banks on hand are expected to generate sales up to 42 billion Baht in the next 5 years.
