TCC Capital Land To Launch 3 New Commercial Projects

The leader in shopping mall developments recently announced its plans to developer three new retail projects in Bangkok.

Launched from 2014 till 2015, the project includes phase 2 of popular open-air shopping mall ASIATIQUE, Center Point Siam Square, and the full renovation of Gateway Ekamai.

Investing a total of THB2.15 billion, TCC Capital Land is focusing through these new projects on a new concept called ‘Lifestyle Shopping’ to add to their existing portfolio of shopping malls in Thailand.

The group owns the largest amount of lands in the Kingdom and has always been successful in developing unique shopping malls. Executives are confident these three developments shall follow the same path…
