Our new projects is the Sevenseas Condo Resort Jomtien, Pataya will be Asia’s largest residential complex with a multi-themed waterpark that covers a total area of 76.000 sq.m. including a pool area of 3,300 sq.m. Owing to Universal Group’s multi-faceted experience, Rajesh Punjabi, Sonia Punjabi and Rajesh Pagarani have been taken onboard as directors, and Narayan Pagarani and Naren Pagarani as advisors to the Sevenseas Project.

Seven Seas has garnered a great deal of interest from buyers, with its main selling point being its ambitious and unique island design lagoon pool featuring exotic locations from around the world, including Easter Island, Hawaii, Madagascar, the Bahamas and others.
