Fragrant Group has been investing in real estate industry since 2003 under the name of “Fragrant Park Ltd.” and later has established “Fragrant Real Estate Development Group Ltd.” in 2005. In 2007 the Group has set up “Fragrant Property Ltd.” respectively to facilitate new property projects within the group.
We strive to become a major player in the real estate business by developing high quality residential properties and offering them at competitive prices with value added services with customer satisfaction as a top priority. While we strive to become a major player in the market, we ensure that we are a leading organization that devotes itself to carrying out its social responsibility through its CSR programs.
The success of the Fragrant Group was demonstrated in our first project called “Fragrant 71” which has been constructed and transferred successfully to customers. The Group has expanded onto the next project called “The Prime 11”, a high-rise condominium located on Sukhumvit 11 in central Bangkok. Followed by the 3rd project, “Circle”, which is located on New Petchaburi road next to Makkasan Complex, a government development complex comprising of “Airport Link”, a high speed train station connecting you directly to airport. It has always been our goals to develop products that satisfy the needs of our customers through quality, location, and services.
