SP Village Co., Ltd. has been established by Mr. Saksit Thirapornsatanont on February 1993 after his returning from Australia and started business in building Homes and Villages.
Which started by doing house planning of Town Houses, Twin houses and many other kinds of house planning until the inflation was back to normal, had come back in to doing homes and village business again, and started SP Village #1 until Sp Village #4 (one) as the first one.
