The Shining Star Group Co., Ltd., with its former name PPP Material Co., Ltd., has been in the business of real estate and property development for over 26 years. Founded in 1982, the company was established as a small hotel called “Paradise Inn”. Three years later, the group has expanded its business by increasing the number of hotels, such as White House Resort, Grand Valley Resort, JomtienThani Hotel and etc.

Throughout of the group’s distinctive ability coupled with relentless creativity, the integrated real estate business was formed under the management of Phochatkaew family with Khun Pitiwat Phochatkaew as a Chairman and President. The company focuses on land development, housing projects townhouses, commercial buildings, condominiums, resorts, and residential buildings, especially, in the areas of Chonburi, Rayong, Hua Hin, Phang Nga, and Kanchanaburi.
