Bangkok Set To Welcome ‘The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Bangkok’

Bangkok is indeed about to get new luxury branded residences following yesterday’s agreement between ICONSIAM and Mandarin Oriental Group to build up ‘The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Bangkok’.

The high-luxury freehold project will be the first Mandarin Oriental branded residences and will be located along the Chao Phraya River. It will be built on the ICONSIAM 50-Rai site on which another 70-storey prime project will be located next to it: Magnolias Waterfront Residences.
The project condominium, set to reach completion in 2018, will feature 146 luxurious units that are thought to reach at least similar standards as the most unique residences in New York, Tokyo, London and Shanghai.
