Construction To Start At The Lofts Ekkamai

Last week started the construction of The Lofts Ekkamai as a result of the collaboration

between the developer Raimon Land and Pylon. The contract represents the third

cooperation between the two firms after 185 Rajdamri and Unixx South Pattaya.

Launched in June 2013 and recently EIA approved, about 65% of the whole

condominium has been sold so far. Raimon Land reported that buyers were attracted by

the chic and trendy environment it offers. Currently, the Bangkok condo is running out

of foreign quota and only big sized units (2 Bedrooms, duplex and penthouses) remain

available for foreign freehold.
