Bangkok To Remain Attractive For Singaporean Property Buyers

Last week, Thai property developer Ananda Development – popular with the IDEO brand – sold about 40 units of its brand new project IDEO Q-Siam-Rathathewi in Singapore.

In fact, the developer partnered up with Singaporean agency Huttons to optimize its success among property buyers. Actually, the popular Ratchathewi area is well known from Singaporean customers as they already have a great awareness of the Bangkok property market as of now.

According to Chris Moore, International Service Manager for Ananda Development, told DDproperty.com: “Singaporean buyers are very savvy and knowledgeable about Bangkok and its mass transit system.  They understand the importance of being just one station away from Siam Square and walking distance to Siam Paragon. The location was too good to pass up.”

Moreover, in less than two weeks, the two organizations will be partnering up again for the brand new Ashton Asoke project condominium, which is thought to be extremely successful especially considering its exceptional location (right next to Terminal21 shopping mall).
